OTM ITALIA s.r.l. considers Quality a key element of its business strategy, and through the

“Quality Policy”

the General Management expresses, and makes known to all the Interested Parties, its constant commitment to pursuing customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

The product quality is checked during every company process and guaranteed trough third-part certification (ICIM) of Quality Management System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 rule and in compliance with the requirements of IATF 16949:2016 standard for automotive field.

Quality control staff and production staff are in position to use the following monitoring and measurement devices:
- dimensional measurement system through images KEYENCE IM-7020
- control coordinate measurement machine by Poli with probe heads
- profile projector
- durometer
- traditional machinery (vernier calipers, comparators, micrometers, etc.)
- plain plug gauges, thread plug gauges
- plain/thread rings
- check positioning tools manufactured according to our design
